Pool Area and Spa Deck

The large pool can be heated to a wonderful 85°F and the jacuzzi/spa to 105°F.  The pool area and sun deck are fully screened.

You also benefit from increased privacy as the villa is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. The pool and sun deck can be reached through the patio doors in the living room and through separate doors in each of the two master bedrooms.

The pool area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted to comply with Florida State Law. For those occasions when it is dark both the pool and sun deck are equipped with appropriate lighting.
