• All rates include 13% sales tax
• Bookings of 3 or more weeks may be eligible for a discount, please email us for further details
• A $300 deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance payable no less than 8 weeks before arrival
• A $100 cleaning charge will be added for stays of less than 7 nights
• A $300 security deposit is required for all bookings, payable with the final balance of your booking. This is refundable if there is no damage.
• Pool/Spa heating is $175 per week ($25 per additional night) (recommended between Oct-Apr)
• Payments may be made in either UK£ or US$ by banker's draft, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal (4% surcharge for PayPal)
